I have been interested in photography since grade five when I got my first camera, it was a (stylish) Yashica film camera. I used to take picture mostly at school and sometimes at the park. most of my allowance money went into film development. Then in 2001, I had my hands on the first digital camera. At the time it was the ultimate photography technology I could have imagined, it used to hold 25 images (taken on daylight) or a bit more if taken at night, no display screen; only a viewfinder. Later on my father got me a Samsung Digimax 401, that was like a leap into the future, I used it all the time, until one day my mother lost it in the park. With all my allowance savings and the help of my father I got a new Digimax Samsung, I used it for many years until it used to consume batteries like crazy. I sold it to my brother and borrowed money from him to get the new Panasonic DMC-FX520 in 2009. It was the same time when I got to know the amazing flickr. Less than two years later (thankfully the warranty was still valid) something went wrong with the sensor. I got a full refund. At that time I got to try for the first time the DSLR Nikon D80, my university professor Dr. Imran Junejo lend it to me in an attempt to prevent me for getting something that I will "eventually get bored with". I used it extensively for a week, by the time I returned the camera I had my mind set on the Nikon D90. Hence the D90 with its two bundle lenses are my current gear.
In this page you will find some shots I took that I consider to be the best so far. you can view the rest on my flickr page. I had a hiatus from serious photography during my thesis year and the following year as well. I'm trying to do regular again.
